From M25 or M3 (southbound)

​

1.  (If you are using the M25, leave it at Junction 12 and follow the M3 south towards Southampton and Portsmouth).

​

2.  Leave the M3 at Junction 4A and turn right at the roundabout at the end of the slip road, onto the A327 towards Farnborough and Fleet.

​

3.  Get into the right-hand lane after the roundabout, and at the next set of traffic lights, go straight ahead on the A3013 towards Fleet.

​

4.  Follow the A3013 towards Fleet through four roundabouts:

• Go right at the first roundabout (Travelodge). 

• Go left at the second roundabout (Ancells Farm), following Cove Road past the Heron on the Lake pub on your left.

• Turn left at the third roundabout into Minley Road.

• Go straight on at the fourth roundabout, past Fleet railway station.

5.  Once you are through the fourth roundabout, quickly turn right (before the Premier Inn and the Shell petrol station) into Fleet Road, which becomes Elvetham Road after a sharp left-hand bend.

​

6.  At the end of Elvetham Road, turn right onto the A323 at the first roundabout, then left at the second roundabout (Elvetham Heath) which follows quickly afterwards – staying on the A323 towards Hartley Wintney.

7.  After about 500m there is a staggered junction: take the left turning (Pale Lane, signposted Winchfield and Dogmersfield).

​

8.  Once in Pale Lane, turn IMMEDIATELY right (before the long timber building) into Pale Lane Farm’s main car park.

​

9.  The entrance to FBL’s offices is in the courtyard at the opposite side of the building, and can be reached via a corridor through the building. Turn right as you leave the corridor, come through the doors to your right and our offices are upstairs on the left.

From M3 (northbound)

​

1.  Follow the M3 to Junction 5, take the second exit from the roundabout at the end of the slip road, on the B3349 towards Hook. 

​

2.  You will come across three roundabouts in relatively quick succession.

• Go right at the first roundabout, staying on the B3349 

• Go straight over the second roundabout, staying on the B3349 

• Turn right at the third roundabout, onto the A30 towards 

​​

3.  At Hartley Wintney go through the double roundabout (straight over the first, along the A30 for about 200m, then right onto the A323) following the signs towards Fleet.

​

4.  Follow the A323 for around 2km, passing the turn-offs (left-hand side) for Elvetham Hall and Elvetham/Hartfordbridge, and continuing towards Fleet under the motorway (M3) bridge. 

​

5.  Soon after you have passed under the M3 bridge, there is a staggered junction: take the right-hand turning (Pale Lane, signposted Winchfield and Dogmersfield). 

​

6.  Once in Pale Lane, turn IMMEDIATELY right again (before the long timber building) into Pale Lane Farm’s main car park. 

​

7.  The entrance to FBL’s offices is in the courtyard at the opposite side of the building, and can be reached via a corridor through the building. Turn right as you leave the corridor, come through the doors to your right and our offices are upstairs on the left.

From M4 (eastbound or westbound)

​

1.  Leave the M4 at Junction 11 and take the A33 south towards Basingstoke. 

​

2.  Go straight through the Three Mile Cross roundabout which you encounter almost straight away. 

​

3.  At the next roundabout (at the end of the dual carriageway), turn left onto the B3349 towards Hartley Wintney and Fleet. 

​

4.  Turn right at the next roundabout (Wellington Park), remaining on the B3349 towards Hartley Wintney and Fleet. 

​

5.  Turn left at the next roundabout (at Heckfield) onto the B3011 towards Hartley Wintney and Fleet. 

​

6.  At Hartley Wintney go through the double roundabout (left, along the A30 for about 200m, then right onto the A323) following the signs towards Fleet. 

​

7.  Follow the A323 for around 2km, passing the turn-offs (left-hand side) for Elvetham Hall and Elvetham/Hartfordbridge, and continuing towards Fleet under the motorway (M3) bridge.
