High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a versatile technique for separating and identifying compounds and molecules. Initially aimed at analysing small molecules, advances in the technique have led to the ability to analyse larger molecules, such as antibodies and conjugates, making it a useful tool for the identification, characterization and purity testing of biological compounds.
Fleet Bioprocessing is delighted to announce that we have recently expanded our chromatography capabilities to include an Agilent 1260 Infinity II system. Using different columns suitable for multiple methodologies, including, but not limited to, Reverse Phase, Ion Exchange and Hydrophobic Interactions, our team is happy to talk about any analysis, be it an already developed method that needs to be transferred, or tailoring development and optimization of mobile phase compositions and gradient profiles for specific analytes.
Contact us via our enquiry form if you would want to discuss any analytical HPLC requirements.
